Optimers Performance Fibers has signed a licensing agreement with El Salvador-based Textufil to supply its patented moisture management technology, Dri-relesease with FreshGuard, in Central America.

Initially Textufil will offer polyester/cotton Siro spun Dri-release yarns in finished fabrics.

Developing the range it will then add other Dri-release products including the new Dri-release ECO yarns. All products supplied by Textufil will be fully certified by Optimer.

Dri-release yarns accelerate the water release rate of a fabric when wet and are treated with the FreshGuard odour neutraliser .
